  • 10 Week Beginner Mindfulness Class: Finding Peace in a Frantic World May 5, 2021 - This 10-week class is an adaptation of the University of Illinois Psychology Department’s Mindfulness Training (MT) curriculum . While the class is largely experiential in nature (guided mindfulness exercises, breakout room discussions), it is also very important to read assigned chapters weekly from Mark Williams’s book, Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World to support learning.
