- Ten-Week Mindfulness Class: Finding Peace in a Frantic World December 2, 2020 - Led by: Karen Retzer and David Sharpe. Logistics: 10-week class on Thursdays at noon. Starting the week of June 18 through the week of August 20th.
- New Adult Religious Education Programs Coming Soon! December 2, 2020 - By mid-December, a host of new adult religious education programs will be promoted to begin in January and February 2021. The next semester promises to be just as exciting as the fall semester. If you are one of the 98 adults who participated in one of UUCUC’s adult learning experiences, please tell others about your experience. These classes are not restricted to UUCUC members and friends. The community is encouraged to attend.

Even though we can't be together side by side, things like the pageant give us that sense of comfort and ritual. Let's put our creative hats on and turn our pageant into virtual magic! We are looking for volunteers of all ages to help us make our online holiday service, to air on December 20th.

The focus of the council is to coordinate all aspects of lifespan religious education and to coordinate its efforts with UUCUC’s mission and vision. Three times a year, the full council meets to look at the full program and dream about our learning future. Our next meeting is will be held online on Saturday, November 21, 2020.

- Religious Education Council News October 21, 2020 - In 2019, the religious education committee transitioned into a religious education council. The focus of the council is to coordinate all aspects of lifespan religious education and to coordinate its efforts with UUCUC’s mission and vision. Three times a year, the full council meets to look at the full program and dream about our learning future. Our next meeting is will be held online on Saturday, November 21, 2020. There will be a morning session and an afternoon session (watch for more clarity on the time and subject matter of each session). Anyone interested in how lifelong learning is lived out in our congregation is welcome to attend. Religious education council meetings are open to everyone.
- COLLAGE! September 23, 2020 - This past summer, sixteen families explored the Seven Principles through a program called COLLAGE! COLLAGE is an at home program where participants received kits full of stories, crafts, worship ideas, adventures, science experiments and so much more. As the family engages in the activities, they learn more about the Unitarian Universalist 7 Principles.
