Communication and technology have changed dramatically from when baby boomers were pre-teens. Many of us, not just baby boomers, feel anxiety because of how much things are changing with technology. How do we keep our humanity – which is connected to relationships – in the face of this new culture? How do we keep our humanity as we use new technology and create and maintain relationships?
