The Director of Congregational Administration has developed and distributed a new room reservation form as the church begins to reopen.

If you would like to book one of the three rooms available inside the church, or one of the available outdoor spaces, you may do so via this form in Breeze (click link).

In it, you will find the available rooms and spaces you may reserve, in addition to gathering all pertinent information for the booking to get on the church calendar. You must also acknowledge that you have read and understood the reopening framework.

Once you’ve submitted your form, Erinn Miller (Web & Communications Assistant) or the DCA will get your room reserved and then you’ll need to make sure your building access code is reactivated through Tim Voelker, Director of Facilities (facilities@uucuc.org).
