  • 10 Week Beginner Mindfulness Class: Finding Peace in a Frantic World May 5, 2021 - This 10-week class is an adaptation of the University of Illinois Psychology Department’s Mindfulness Training (MT) curriculum . While the class is largely experiential in nature (guided mindfulness exercises, breakout room discussions), it is also very important to read assigned chapters weekly from Mark Williams’s book, Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World to support learning.

  • Hospitality Teams Support Our UUCUC Community May 5, 2021 - In addition to participating in Hospitality Team planned social activities, the January, February March & April Team members sent birthday & Valentine greetings to Church members, stocked both “Free Little Pantries," decorated the Church’s playground fence with colored yard, provided decorations for Sunday services, & sent appreciation gifts to UUCUC staff.
