  • Social Action Opportunity – Explore a UUCUC Warming Center February 21, 2023 - During super cold weather periods there is a need for churches or other spaces to offer up warming centers to those with no place to go.
  • Little Free Pantries February 21, 2023 - The shelves of the UUCUC Little Free Pantry are EMPTY. Please consider donating, especially proteins. Donations can be dropped in the bins by the church doors.
  • 2023 UUCUC Service Auction February 21, 2023 - Mark your calendar for our 2023 UUCUC Service Auction on Saturday, April 15.  We’re having a SlUUmber party with breakfast for dinner. Plan to join us in person or online for a fun-filled evening of fellowship & bidding on all the creative, exciting donations from your church family.
  • Nominations Sought for General Assembly (GA) Delegates February 21, 2023 - Only certified member congregations of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) such as UUCUC may be represented by voting delegates to General Assembly: The Unitarian Universalist Association’s Annual Meeting.
  • Welcome Cate Calac as UUCUC’s Director of Congregational Administration! February 17, 2023 - We are pleased to welcome Catherine (Cate) Calac, our new Congregational Administrator.  Cate has extensive experience in human resources management and communications.
  • UUHappy Hour February 14, 2023 - The February 2023 UU Happy Hour will be held on February 23, 2023, from 5-7 pm, at Aspen Tap House, 2001 S Neil St., Champaign. Gail Tittle, gatittle@gmail.com, will be the point person this month.
  • General Assembly Summer 2023 February 14, 2023 - Every summer, thousands of Unitarian Universalists gather together in one place, to socialize, celebrate, learn, share, and vote! This gathering is called “General Assembly,” GA for short, and it’s a glorious chance for members of all the scattered and isolated UU congregations to meet and connect with each other, sparking ideas and friendships that can carry us through the rest of the year. 
  • The Book & Magazine Exchange: Sunday, February 19, 2023 February 14, 2023 - Bring in your used (but in good condition) books &/or magazines to exchange with others after the service on Sunday. Set them on the designated table in Fellowship Hall.
