Once you complete this form, we’ll share your information with the leaders of the committees/groups that you have expressed an interest in, and they will reach out to you with further information about joining the committee/group activities and distribution list.

Members can also update this information on their own by accessing their Breeze profiles and editing the information under the “Congregational Interests” section.
