Bylaws Revisions? What are we voting on at the Annual Meeting?
The Board of Trustees (BOT) invites you to attend one of our Information sessions around some of the proposed modifications to our Bylaws that will be voted upon by the congregation at the Annual Meeting this June 5th.
What will be discussed:
We will discuss the changes in Board size that the BOT is requesting after carefully considering how well this past year has gone with our currently reduced size. The new proposed change, and its impact on Board recruitment and Nominating Committee bylaws will be explained. What is the plan for Board quorum will also be discussed.
In addition, the Board will update attendees about its plans removing the Mediation Committee article from the bylaws, but still ensure that if mediation is ever needed, that the resources will be in place.
Who Should attend?
Anyone who is interested in these topics. This is the time to answer your questions in-depth; trying to answer questions in-depth at the Annual Meeting can be time-consuming, and there is always a lot to cover when we get together.
When will the Information sessions be held?
On zoom – Saturday June 4th at 1 pm (zoom information below)
