The Board of Trustees has amended the budget to include an AV hybrid expense line item of $15,000 so that these expenses are included within the operational budget. They authorized a mini fundraising campaign because of the importance of this work. The Board ‘s consensus is that the procurement of the technology necessary to make hybrid worship a meaningful, fulfilling, and enjoyable experience is one of our highest priorities. Hybrid worship supports safety for everyone while widening our circle to include more people and more diverse voices, regardless of proximity. This technology will help us achieve our strategic plan goal to ​experiment and expand our theological diversity.
