March 12, 2020 AUUction Update: The AUUction Committee is discussing what to do in the face of the coronavirus outbreak and it is likely that the event will be postponed, hopefully just until later in the spring. Nothing has been officially decided yet, but we will let everyone know when plans are finalized.
This year’s Service AUUction will be held on Saturday, April 11th, and it will be a giant slUUmber party! Doors open at 4:30. Come early to enjoy appetizers and beverages, listen to the musical stylings of Jonny Beckett and his Up All Night Orchestra, and to peruse and bid on the Silent and Fixed Price auction items in the Sanctuary. Then stick around for dinner and the live auction in Fellowship Hall, helmed again this year by the legendary Don Denny.
This is the church’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and is also one of the funnest events that we do. It can’t happen, however, without YOUR help. Please consider making a donation to the auction of an interesting or unique service that you can provide. We also need volunteers to bring appetizers and desserts and to help the night of the auction.
