This Saturday (10/12/2024) UUCUC Racial Justice Team will host the first chapter in our series of Indigenous speakers. We will be watching the documentary A Broken Trust which dives into the issue of sexual assault on tribal lands. Then U of I Professor Jacki Thompson Rand will speak on issues related to sexual violence and MMIW. Please join us in Fellowship Hall from 3pm-5pm for this important event.
