This message comes to you from Kelly and Lara (REE Council Co-chairs)

We wanted to give UUCUC an update regarding our REE staffing plans.

There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes and we are excited to share an important update.

With the help of the Board, the Operations Council, the Personnel Committee, our ministers, other church staff, and many others, our church is currently searching for a Manager of Religious Exploration and Engagement to help coordinate our children and youth programming. We hope to be able to fill this position by early November.

We have been told by the UUA and surrounding churches that a search for a REE professional will be difficult, given the current hiring climate. But we are choosing to remain hopeful that we can find the right person to usher us through this time of transition.

A REE Manager search team has been assembled, which includes: Rev. KB, Kelly Halcom, Lara Breeze-Troyer, Carol Veit, and Terri Fredrick.

We are so thankful to have Natalie’s continued leadership, as our Sunday coordinator, for this REE year. Lara, Kelly, and Natalie will provide any needed support throughout this transition. You can find details regarding the Manager of Religious Exploration and Engagement position on our website.
