The CROP Walk on Sunday October 1 was hot and beautiful. The UU Walkers who were available to walk
are shown above. (Not pictured: Karen Folk, Jerry Frye, Jennifer Greene) In true UU fashion, our team’s
fundraising exceeded their goal of 3K! As of walk day, they had raised $3,745 in combined online and
offline funds. Thank you, all!
It is a privilege to work on this worthy cause. We know that these funds will make a difference to people
living in hunger and poverty locally, and to those suffering from the effects of war and natural disasters
around the world.
It is not too late to contribute to the cause. The website will remain active throughout October. Please
