UU member, Terry England, and his wife, Barbara, have generously funded a Habitat for Humanity home for the Kim Calhoun family.  

We are looking to get 10 UU volunteers to come to the work site on June 4 and another group of 10 on June 25 (8am to 3pm each day).  Please join one (or both) of our crew dates!  If you’ve never volunteered before, don’t worry- Habitat provides construction guidance for all tasks and provides all tools and materials.  There are always things to do that don’t require muscle (like painting).  You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer.  Contact Jim Hannum (jwhannum@gmail.com) to get on our volunteer list.  You don’t need to sign up for these two work dates with Habitat- only with Jim.
