Our 2020 Outdoor Flower Communion on Sunday the 7th was an experiment in how to continue one of our beloved traditions in a safe way. Rev. Florence Caplow and volunteers Jenna Zeidler, Sam Beshers, Karla Peterson, and Steve Troyer set up tables by the parking lot and welcomed members of the congregation after the service.

We had some beautiful bouquets, which we shared with families who receive food from the Bucket Brigade, and a few of our elders in assisted living or living alone. Flowers were delivered by Emily McKown, Mona Shannon, Sandy and Joe Finnerty, and Jennifer Greene.
