Join us for an engaging seminar on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 7:00-9:00 PM – Nurturing Resilience in Children, Youth, and Emerging Adults.
We will explore what it takes to nurture resilience in traumatic and challenging times. This webinar will be of interest to parents, educators, churches and anyone who is in relationship with children, youth and emerging adults. We have an esteemed panel including (with some others who may join us for this conversation):
Sharon Morey: Youth therapist with the Sisseton-Whapaton-Oyate of the Dakota people in Sisseton, South Dakota.
Joe Omo-Osagie: Parkland Community College Counselor in Champaign County, Illinois
Carol Osgood: Preschool child specialist
Facilitator: Dr. Michele Townsend Grove, Interim Director of Religious Education at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Urbana-Champaign
