Rev. Caplow will be leading a day of silence and meditation at the Friends Meeting House in Urbana, from 10 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday October 26th. Guided meditation, walking meditation, and talks on retreat practice will be offered. This is open to all, regardless of meditation experience. The retreat is by donation (donations support Friends Meeting House). Meditation cushions and chairs are available.
