Weekly outdoor silent meditation from 2-3 pm on Saturdays. Bring your own lawn chair or cushion, park in the southernmost lot of the Arboretum (south of Japan House, free on the weekend) and look for a circle of people under the trees to the south. We will be at least 6 feet apart, and if more than 10 people join, we will form another circle.

We will ring a bell at 2 to begin meditation, sit for 20 minutes, ring another bell at 2:20 for ten minutes of walking meditation, and then begin sitting again at 2:30 for a final 25 minutes. Feel free to join at 2 or 2:30. Rain or shine! This is a way to connect with our hearts, the natural world, and each other in a safe and supported way.
