Church Wide Diaper Drive – August 1-24

In conjunction with United Way Emerging Community Leaders and sponsored by the Social Action Council.

PLEASE CONSIDER MAKING A DONATION!

IF EACH PERSON DONATES JUST ONE PACKAGE OF DIAPERS/WIPES, THINK HOW MANY FAMILIES WE COULD HELP!

Donors can participate by leaving diapers in the UUCUC drop-off boxes
located under the coat hangers on the north side of the church foyer.

This collection benefits the BOTTOM LINE DIAPER BANK!

The Bottom Line Diaper Bank, through United Way of Champaign County, is open to the public
and distributes to anyone in need. However, they consistently provide roughly 8,000 diapers
monthly for distribution to families in need through:
– The Baby Fold
– Champaign-Urbana Public Health Dept. – WIC
– Brightpoint (formerly Children’s Home and Aid)
– Community Service Center of Northern Champaign County
– Crisis Nursery
– C-U Early
– Developmental Services Center of Champaign County
– The Family Room
– Head Start Champaign-Urbana
– Healthy Beginnings and Family Foundations
– Multicultural Community Center
They are collecting any size, brand, and quantity of diapers/pull-ups/wipes, but most needed
are:
– Newborn
– Size 5 and Size 6
– Pull-ups in 2T-3T and 3T-4T for boys and girls

They are also happy to accept monetary donations and/or gift cards (physical and/or digital
emailed to lynnseybrownfield@gmail.com) to purchase diapers through places like Amazon,
Walmart, Meijer, etc.
