  • COVID-19 Advisory Task Force June 10, 2020 - We now have a COVID-19 Advisory Task Force to function as a “think tank” of leaders to provide resources, review & advice to the Minister, staff & Board of Trustees (BOT) in relation to UUCUC decisions around COVID-19 safety.
  • Minister’s Summer Schedule June 10, 2020 - Rev. Florence will be "away" at the virtual General Assembly and UU Ministers Association meetings the week of June 22nd, and will be answering emails and calls sporadically during that week.
  • UUCUC Shows Up for Black Lives Matter June 3, 2020 - UUCUC members and friends showed up in force for the Black Lives Matter peaceful march through Urbana and Champaign last Monday, with about a thousand other protestors. There were at least 30 of us there, with our banner, including Rev. Florence
  • Attend Sally Fritsche’s Online Ordination June 20th! June 3, 2020 - Sally Fritsche, our new Associate Minister for Congregational Life, will be ordained by First UU of Needham on June 20th, noon Central Time. Rev. Florence will be "Offering the Hand of Fellowship", one of the traditional roles in a UU ordination.
