The Racial Justice Team (RJT) is having a series of events to learn more about reparations for the harm to African Americans caused by systematic racism and discrimination.
The new Racial Justice Book Group, a collaboration between the Racial Justice Team and Adult REE, invites members to explore racial justice through literature. Meeting monthly in Fellowship Hall, the group will read a mix of fiction and nonfiction that fosters understanding and empowerment in creating a Beloved Community. Interested individuals are encouraged to join via a Breeze form.
Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), founded in 1991 by concerned humanitarians in the USA, provides free medical care to thousands of injured and ill children yearly who lack local access to care within the local health care system.
We will have special animal-themed REE classes for children 5 and above on January 14, 21, and 28.
