Almost a week ago our Governor announced a “Stay at Home” order for the entire state of Illinois.
In order to continue to be proactive to minimize impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the UUCUC Board of Trustees has rescheduled the congregation’s annual meeting. While the meeting has historically been held early in May, changes to the bylaws last year specify that the annual meeting time is “to be determined by the Board of Trustees” (Article II, Section 1).

With the UUCUC church facilities being closed as a preventive measure in minimizing the spread of the COVID-19 virus within our community, committees and groups will continue to meet primarily using the remote conferencing service, Zoom
Feeling and expressing gratitude is an essential part of our spiritual practice. In worship we express our gratitude by sharing an offering to support a community group and our programs and ministries.
Things are different. Life is not easy. How can our church home and Unitarian Universalism guide us through challenging times? Join us for these 30 minutes lesson and discussion opportunities.
Starting this week, one new activity will be provided each week for 4 weeks in a row. These activities can be done by anyone (no matter your age).
