The CROP Hunger Walk is an interfaith community-wide effort to fight hunger and poverty, both locally and globally. It will be totally different this year because of the pandemic. There will be no large group of people walking together.
Please take some time to watch this video produced by our interim director of religious education, Michele Grove. It will provide program information for children, youth, adult and multi-generational religious education. Things may be different, but the creativity is flowing!
The Dream Team is back and we need your help! After the congregation voted on the Mission and Visions at the annual meeting, we created thirteen broad goals that will guide us to specific action steps and a strategic plan for the next 3-5 years.
It is true that lifespan religious education will look different this fall. Yet, like every year, religious education programs only work when there is a solid team of leadership guiding, planning, creating and leading. Currently, a religious education think tank is looking at all aspects of religious education and discussing various options. Below is a list of the programs that seem to carry the most interest.
