The Pride Fest Booths and Parade are set for Saturday, Sept. 21st. The parade and fair both start at 1 pm, with our two booth spaces in downtown Urbana along Race and Main streets as in years past. Set up is usually a couple hours prior to the booth opening time of 1 pm.

We need a couple people to coordinate the setup and decoration of our booth space, and several more to help out with both setting up the booth, staffing the booth, and taking it down at 5pm. I can coordinate the volunteers but I will be out of town for a friend’s memorial service early that afternoon. Please contact me ASAP if you can help with setting up, staffing and/or the taking down tasks.
