Join us on Saturday, April 8 anytime between 9:30 a.m. to noon to spruce up our landscaping, playground, and outdoor gathering spaces. Sign up here (https://uucuc.breezechms.com/form/2583d432) so we can plan out what projects to do and what supplies are needed.

All ages are welcome, and anyone who can’t keep up with the gardening can play in the playground, or do their part beautifying our walkways with sidewalk chalk. We hope you’ll join us for this opportunity to spend a couple hours outside, and make some shared memories with new UUCUC friends. Be sure to dress for the weather, and bring work gloves if you have them.

As the weather begins to get warmer, kids and families are anxious to start using the playground equipment and space to run and play. We are keeping the playground area locked for now, and it will be open on Sundays beginning April 9. 

Please remember that an adult must be on the playground anytime youth or children under the age of 18 are present. Parents are responsible for making sure their child is supervised and following the rules while on the playground outside of class time. Children are not allowed on the playground without an adult.

If rain is forecasted, the cleanup date will be moved to April 22.
