The Board of Trustees expresses its sincere appreciation for Nan Ehrlich’s generous bequest to UUCUC. Nan’s unrestricted $150,000 bequest to UUCUC will make an incredible impact on the programs and services we can provide over many years. Nan was a beloved member of UUCUC since 1968 and a strong leader in our community and church. As noted in her obituary, she led community efforts to improve recycling, public transportation, preservation and conservation. In 1975, Nan was appointed chair of UUCUC’s Property Committee, and was an energizing force during her six terms in that role. Nan made UUCUC what we are today; her hard work, sharp wit, and passionate spirit are greatly missed.
