With Rev. Florence stepping down as UUCUC’s Lead Minister in January, the Board of Trustees has extended Rev. Karen Bush’s (KB) time at the church as Consulting Lead Minister through June 2022. As part of this extension, Rev. KB will also assume Chief of Staff responsibilities and provide collaboration and direct supervision of the Associate Minister for Congregational Life, Director of Congregational Administration, and the Coordinator of Religious Education and Exploration.

Rev KB is available to meet with individuals and teams by appointment Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm, or as needed. Wednesdays are reserved for writing, reading, planning and the administration work of the church.

Rev KB will also be serving as the ministerial representative on a number of UUCUC committees that meet in the evenings.

Sundown Thursdays to sundown Saturdays will be Rev KB’s sabbath time away but for pastoral care emergencies.
