The Board of Trustees expresses its sincere appreciation to the amazing donors who helped us pay $17,100 on our mortgage. Donors include Cliff Singer and Brigitte Pieke, Anne and Dave Sharpe, Jenny Hunt, and Cindy and Michael Loui.

This “mortgage paydown” effort was launched after the congregation accepted a gift from Cliff and Brigitte to help make an extra payment on our mortgage. At that time, a balloon payment of $20,236 was awaiting us in May 2023.  These generous donors have nearly eliminated the balloon payment and saved us money by reducing our interest expense!

Our May 2023 balloon payment is now only $1,848, a few hundred more than our regular monthly mortgage. We are so grateful to these generous stewards who quietly addressed a looming challenge.
