Rev KB is available to meet with individuals and teams by appointment Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm, or as needed. Wednesdays are reserved for writing, reading, planning and the administration work of the church.

Rev KB enjoys also serving as the ministerial representative on a number of UUCUC committees that meet in the evenings.

Sundown Thursdays to sundown Saturdays is Rev KB’s sabbath time away but for pastoral care emergencies. For emergencies, please call or text Rev KB’s personal cell at 217-552-9505.

Rev KB served as the United Church of Christ campus minister on the UIUC campus from 1985 to her retirement in 2018. During those years Reverend Karen fought passionately on campus, locally, nationally, and globally for the dignity and human rights of every human being- especially those most affected by the violent impact of homophobia, heterosexism, white supremacy, racism and poverty.

She believes deeply that there are many pathways to enlightenment and in the profound impact of mindfulness in every facet of human life.
