The UUCUC Board of Trustees is working to make information about its meetings and agenda items more accessible to you! The Board of Trustees holds one study session and one business meeting per month in order to discuss and act on items of importance to the church. However, the timing of the business meetings has made it challenging to distribute meeting materials (e.g., meeting agendas, staff reports, financial updates) well in advance. To continue to improve board transparency, congregational awareness, and overall engagement, the board is modifying its meeting schedule so meeting materials can be distributed approximately one week in advance of the scheduled business meeting. 

In July, the Board of Trustees will be having 2 business meetings, one on July 9 and another on July 23. There will be no study session in July. Then, beginning in August, the study session will be held on the second Tuesday of every month, and the business meeting will be conducted on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Moving forward, we will also be working toward posting the agenda for the business meeting in eNews the week prior to the meeting to help people know when an item of interest will be on the agenda.
