  • Messages of Gratitude June 8, 2019 - We often receive messages of gratitude from those organizations or individuals that are the recipients of our donations and shared offerings. This week we received two thoughtful messages from UC Books to Prisoners and The Immigration Project.
  • Church Office Hours June 10-14 June 8, 2019 - Due to some staff members being unavailable between June 10-14, church office hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. that week.
  • Nursery Volunteers Needed For The Summer June 8, 2019 - Many of our nursery staff go home once the college semester ends. And yet, our youngest still need loving people willing to be with them each week during worship.
  • Housing Needed For [Re-Writing/Re-Righting] Cassandra Participants June 8, 2019 - The Gesundheit Institute are looking for housing for out-of-state/out-of-country participants in the [Re-Writing/Re-Righting] Cassandra project, starting Sept. 16, ending Dec. 7 2019.
  • Pulse Night of Remembrance on June 12 June 8, 2019 - Wednesday, June 12th, 2019 is Pulse Night of Remembrance; the 3rd anniversary of the Pulse nightclub massacre in 2016. That morning, a gunman entered the gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, killing 49 people and injuring over 50 more.
  • June Is Brought To You By Hospitality Team A! May 30, 2019 - Welcome Hospitality Team A co-leaders Pam Richart and Jenna Zeidler, and Team A volunteers who will assist with bell ringing, ushering, welcoming, providing decorations and snacks during the month of June.
  • A Giant Thank You To Religious Leaders May 30, 2019 - On May 19th, the UUCUC community will celebrate religious education and its leaders in worship and fellowship. During the weeks that lead up to this exciting event, members and friends of the community are invited to write and draw thank you notes for our leaders.
  • CUHabitat.org Is Planning An Outdoor “Build” On Saturday, June 1 May 23, 2019 - Cuhabitat.org is planning an outdoor “build” (of a wall) on Saturday, June 1. Of the 20 persons working, UUCUC can have a team of 6 to 8 volunteers.
  • UUCUC Office Closed on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day May 23, 2019 - The office will be closed on Monday, May 27 because of the Memorial Day holiday, and will be open again on Tuesday, May 28 during regular business hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
