Spaces Available to Rent
A wide variety of groups are welcome to rent our facilities, as long as they support the values consistent with Unitarian Universalist principals. The activities must also be legal and proper for a church. Facilities are handicapped accessible. Rental times run from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm. Proof of insurance is required.
Sanctuary
- The sanctuary seats approximately 180 persons comfortably.
- No chairs or pews can be removed.
- The total square footage of the sanctuary is 3024.
- The piano is available to rent for an additional fee with prior approval from the music director.
- The organ is not available for use.
- Fee: $150.
Fellowship Hall
- Seats up to 100, total square footage 2400.
- Public Address system available.
- Tables and chairs included in rental fee.
- Large, clean restrooms are adjacent.
- Kitchen use available for an additional fee, depending on users' agreement with church.
- Fee: $70 for groups of 30 or less, $150 for those groups of 31 or more.
Kitchen
- Commercial kitchen, some equipment available.
- No cold storage at present.
- Limited dry goods storage.
- Additional storage inside the building may be available for an additional fee.
- Fee: Rents in 4 hour increments for $50 per use.
- Proof of insurance must be provided.
- Long term rental contracts are available.
Children's Chapel
- Total square footage 1656. Seats approximately 50 persons.
- Folding chairs and tables are available.
- Fee: $60.
Library
- The library is 20' X 20', 400 square feet.
- Limited to small groups of 10-12 persons.
- TV/VCR onsite.
- Fee: $25 for each 4 hour use.
Classrooms
- SW, SE, NW, and NE all have square footage of 624.
- Fee: Rental for these are limited to less than 30 persons, $50 per use.
- YRUU room is 414 square feet and limited to under 30 persons.
Fee: $50 per use.
- Usage periods for all these downstairs classrooms are in 4 hour increments.
Nursery
- For use by adult-supervised children under 5 years.
- Available for rent with prior permission from the church.
- Fee: $50 per 4 hour increment.
Additional fees that may apply:
Janitorial fee. $20 per use for Fellowship Hall, Sanctuary, or classrooms.
Assistant for Services (Wedding/Committment Ceremony or Memorial Service: With Rev. Gehrmann presiding, $95.00. With an outside minister, $195.00
20% non-refundable deposit required to hold the date.
$50 deposit for key chip, refundable when chip is returned.
Renters are responsible for cleaning up and restoring the building to the condition in which they found it. Damage or additional clean up may incur additional cost to renters.Renters who wish to serve beer or wine at their event are required to purchase additional liability insurance with a liquor liability included.
