Austin is currently a masters student in choral conducting at the University of Illinois where he studies with Andrew Megill and Andrea Solya and assistant directs the Men’s Glee Club. He previously attended Kenyon College where he directed the ensemble Vox Collis and sang in multiple choirs. He has worked with many groups previously including the Cornell University Chamber Singers, the Keystone State Boychoir, and The New York State Summer School of the Arts School of Choral Studies. Aside from music-making he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and reading. Austin is thrilled to join the UUCUC community for Fall 2019.
